From the October 12th to 13th the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with the support of the Municipality of Tirana organized the biggest Agricultural Fair in Albania “Albania Works the Land”. In this Fair have participated 659 farmers and 70 agribusinesses from 39 Municipalities of Albania.
The event aimed to build networking channels between local farmers and agribusiness of Albania with national and international markets providers. At the same time, during the event took place several cultural activities aiming to promote local agriculture.
During the Fair, AATSF presented the agricultural “Tech Cards” and the “Value Chain” studies and informed farmers, agribusiness and Participating Financial Institutions with regards to the financing options that “The Albania Agribusiness & Tourism Support Facility” – AATSF provides. The participants expressed their interest and appreciation toward the Program.
